The Interstate Bakeries-GSFC pact hit a snag.

Kansas City, Mo.-based Interstate Bakeries would not elaborate on what it called “contractual disagreements” that threaten to end discussions over the proposed sale of its Western region operations to privately owned GSFC Inc. of Los Angeles for $55.1 million. Both companies, however, are “seeking to resolve their differences” and may reach a final decision by today, a spokesman said.
