Stanford Defeats CS Fullerton, 6-3
Stanford, led by the hitting of Walt Harris, beat Cal State Fullerton, 6-3, in a nonconference baseball game Friday at Fullerton.
Harris went 4 for 4 with 2 doubles and 2 singles to lead the Cardinal (2-1). The left fielder scored a run and knocked in a run for Stanford.
Cardinal pitcher Rob Wassenaar limited the Titans (1-1) to three runs and seven hits in 7 innings.
The two teams complete the three-game series at 1 p.m. today.
