Best of Both Wins Santa Anita Feature

Best of Both, ridden by Eddie Delahoussaye, dashed out of the gate and held onto the lead against favored Double Line Thursday to win the $42,000 feature race at Santa Anita.

Carrying 115 pounds, Best of Both crossed the finish line 2 1/2 lengths in front of Double Line, ridden by Laffit Pincay Jr. Decadrachm, with Rick Dominguez aboard, finished third, another two necks back in the turf race for older horses, 4-years-old and up.

Best of Both ran the 1 1/8 miles on a firm track in 1.47 3-5 to defeat five rivals.
