Glendale Inaction or in Action?
Perhaps it was whimsy on the part of those responsible for the City of Glendale’s newsletter’s new masthead, “Glendale In-Action,” but I’m not sure who the joke’s on.
I refer to Webster’s definition of in-action: a noun, meaning a lack of action or activity: idleness.
Surely this isn’t an appropriate label for the hard-working citizens of this community.
