Parking Garage Work Delayed: Because of winter rains, completion of the city’s new parking structure has been moved ahead 25 days, to June 17, said Terry Brandt, the city’s municipal services director. The delay also will add to the cost of the work by Hamilton Contractors, but that amount hasn’t been determined, he said. The $1.28-million garage, on Glenneyre Street, will add 126 parking spaces downtown. The work began in September.
