Baldwin Park
Diana Lynn Pecaro, 20, a third-generation Baldwin Park citizen, was crowned the city’s 22nd queen at a pageant conducted by the Chamber of Commerce. The daughter of James and Grace Pecaro is an honors graduate of Sierra Vista High School.
