Orange County tax protester Armen Condo, already serving an eight-year sentence for tax evasion, received a new prison term of one year and a day for illegal possession of weapons. U.S. District Judge Richard A. Gadbois Jr. ordered that the weapons sentence run concurrently with the prison term imposed in February. The weapons charge stemmed from discovery by Internal Revenue Service agents of six loaded handguns and an unloaded shotgun during a raid on Condo’s Huntington Beach home last November.
