Haines to Take ASHRAE Reins

Douglas C. Haines will be installed Saturday as president of the Southern California chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Engineers at the unit’s annual dinner dance at the Tower Restaurant, 1150 S. Olive St.
Other new officers are Anthony J. Occhinero, president-elect; Craig Hofferber, secretary; Gary W. Walker, treasurer; Lowell Downing, past president-director, and Stephen Veres, Richard L. Gilbert, Edward H. Schmidt and Phillip M. Trafton, directors.
