Work Begins on Final Phase
Construction has started on the final 32-acre phase of the $65-million, 80-acre Industrial Complex of Camarillo-South, a development of TOLD Corp., Newbury Park.
Completion of the final phase is projected for 1987, according to Pat Hall of TOLD. Construction is being handled by TOLD Construction Co.
When completed, the project will include a total of 1.4 million square feet of light industrial and research and development space under roof, he added. Buildings are being completed on both a build-to-suit and speculative basis and will be available for lease, lease with option to purchase and outright purchase, Hall said.
