Share

A new center for 17th and 18th Century Studies has been established at UCLA to focus on the research and teaching of more than 60 faculty members and scholars from around the world.

The center is the only broadly based university research program in the United States dealing with this iterdisiplinary field of study, UCLA officials said.

The new center will link with UCLA’s Clark Memorial Library, which specializes in English literature, science and medicine, and includes more than 100,000 books and treasures.
