Sharp Firm’s Headquarters Building Sold

Sale of the 350,000-square-foot building housing Sharp Electronic Corp.’s regional headquarters in Union Pacific Park at 20600 Alameda St. in Los Angeles, has been announced by Tooley & Co., investment builders, and Upland Industries Corp.--joint venture partners in the facility.

The building and the 11.6-acre site on which it is situated was sold for $11 million. Upland has withdrawn from the previous partnership with Tooley & Co., and Tooley continues as part owner of the property in partnership with the principal buyer--the NORO Group, headquartered in the Netherlands.

Tooley & Co. continues to manage the property.
