Medical Centers : Completion Scheduled at Kaiser Hospital Unit

An October completion is scheduled for the $8-million, 500,000-square-foot parking structure for the Kaiser Permanente medical facility at Zion Avenue and Mission Gorge Road in San Diego. The architect is Dominy Larsen & Carpenter and the general contractor is Dillingham Construction.

Valley Hospital

Widom/Wein & Partners has completed a $4.6-million remodeling and expansion program at Valley Community Hospital in Santa Maria. Included in the program was completion of a 23-bed nursing wing. The hospital is owned by Summit Health Ltd.

Grand Care Hospital

Health Care Group of San Diego has completed the first phase renovation of the Grand Care Convalescent Hospital, 2040 S. Euclid Ave., Anaheim. The $125,000 project was designed by Jain Malkin Inc., La Jolla, and included skylights, wall coverings and carpeting, new cabinets and painting.
