Ice Supplier to Build Facility in Oceanside

A $1.7-million loan from La Jolla Bank & Trust Co. to Oceanside Ice Company has been negotiated for the construction of a new 33,000-square-foot building on 2.2 acres at the intersection of Benet Road and Jones Road near Oceanside Airport. The company is the largest supplier of ice in San Diego County.
