Custom Home Showroom to Be Opened

Delta Homes will open its Model Custom Home Showroom, demonstrating its One-Stop Shopping concept, Saturday at 10913 Venice Blvd., West Los Angeles, to be open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The opening celebration will run through Aug. 16.

The company explained that its one-stop-shopping concept focuses on a completely in-house staff doing all the work, architectural design, planning, engineering, financing and construction, rather than employing free-lance professionals or subcontractors.

The company offers 32 home designs ranging from 1,100 to 2,500 square feet and also will work from a client’s own plans. Its average home has three bedrooms and two baths, with kitchen, living and dining rooms and an attached two-car garage. Costs range from $28 to $64 a square foot, depending on the client’s desires, and its homes range from $19,900 to $150,000.

Delta also has two “affordable” models, the “Bachelor Flat,” with bedroom, bath, kitchen, dining and living rooms in 500 square feet, with a parking pad, for $19,900 or $24,900 with an attached two-car garage; and the three-bedroom “Greencrest” with attached two-car garage for $27,900.
