He carries travelers checks. Congratulations on doing something which should have been a long-standing policy: naming the offending hotel when you had a bad experience with them. About a year ago your section mentioned some package-tour outfit which really took a lot of people to the cleaners on a European trip. But the story did not name the outfit. Not only does that deprive the reader of knowing whom to avoid, it also casts suspicion on the many reputable outfits in the same business. So please, in the future name all the lemons. In that way, they might be forced to correct their bad practices.
