Cubic Corp. on Monday announced the acquisition of Keuffel & Esser Co., a Teterboro, N.J. producer of optical tooling, mapping and land surveying equipment. Cubic, which declined to disclose a purchase price, will merge the newly acquired product lines into those produced by Cubic Precision in Tullahoma, Tenn.
