Probation restrictions on former World Boxing Council...
Probation restrictions on former World Boxing Council featherweight champion Bobby Chacon, who pleaded guilty to breaking parole following his arrest on alcohol and traffic violations, were tightened by a Butte County judge.
Oroville Justice Court Magistrate Brian Rix ordered Chacon, 33, to halt any use of alcohol, participate in an alcohol treatment program, submit to surprise drug and alcohol tests and refrain from patronizing liquor stores and taverns.
The new restrictions on Chacon’s parole will remain in effect through December 1987, Rix said.
