Gannett Co. will pay $16 million for KTKS-FM in Denton, Tex., the companies said. The sale of the station is a part of a divestiture planned by ABC and Capital Cities to comply with FCC regulations on multiple ownership of broadcasting stations. On Monday, ABC and Capital Cities sold three radio stations, including two in Los Angeles, to Malrite Communications.
