Race car driver John Paul Jr. could be sentenced to up to five years in prison this fall after pleading guilty in Jacksonville, Fla., to federal charges of racketeering and possession of a false passport.
Paul reached an agreement with the government last month to enter the pleas in exchange for the government’s dropping four other drug-related charges.
Under the agreement, Paul, 25, will face up to five years in prison on the racketeering count and up to five years probation on the false passport charge.
