D. Barry Sibson, vice president and general manager of the Turner Construction Co., Los Angeles office, has been named to the newly created position of group vice president for the firm’s Western Group, with responsibility for Turner’s Denver, Los Angeles, Newport Beach and San Diego office operations.

Adriana Long McGinnis has been appointed marketing director of Wagner-Stanford, which recently merged its Irvine and Pasadena offices in Placentia. McGinnis will be located at the headquarters, 201 E. Yorba Linda Blvd.

Gordon D. Youde has been appointed executive vice president of Meyer Homes Inc., an affiliate of Meyer Investment Properties Inc., Anaheim. He will be responsible for all management aspects of the firm’s construction, development and investment operations.

Greg Gallion, former Stewart Title manager in Kern County, is the new president of Stewart Title, Los Angeles. He serves as a member of the board of director and oversees Los Angeles and Kern counties.
