Having survived its brush with bankruptcy, ATV Systems in Santa Ana has named two executives to newly created posts to help guide the company during its rebuilding. Michael W. Walsh was named vice president and controller and Anthony W. Seltz was appointed vice president for operations. ATV makes computers used in restaurants. Until his promotion, Walsh served as ATV’s assistant controller. Previously, Seltz worked in a variety of operations management positions at the company.
