A Bird in a Cage: How Much Joy?

Share

I take my hat off to Dr. Axelrod for taking the time to write such a charming and sensitive article on the nesting of birds.

Living in Laguna Niguel where we are taking away the habitat of the wildlife, I am privileged at this time to watch the romance of the birds, the making of nests, the laying of eggs, the hatching and the proud and loving care both parents take in the upbringing of these lovely creatures in the hanging baskets on my patio.

We need more Axelrods contributing to The Times and indeed heping us in these stressful times.
