Patio Homes Project Opens in Carlsbad’s Harbor Pointe

Warmington Homes today opens the 47-unit first increment of its planned Terrace Series of 150 detached patio homes in Carlsbad’s master-planned and gate-guarded Harbor Pointe community.

The one- and two-story homes, with two and three bedrooms and two and three baths, feature 1,236 to 1,635 square feet of living area, with living rooms, dining areas, masonry fireplaces, multipaned windows and breakfast nooks.

Other features include two-car garages with automatic door openers, concrete driveways and energy-saving features that include automatic setback thermostats, gas water heaters, weatherstripping and wall and ceiling insulation.

The homes are priced from $125,990 to $158,990 and 21 had been sold at midweek. Move-ins are scheduled for September.

The monthly homeowners’ association fee is $56. Four decorated models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 6890 Watercourse Drive, reached from Interstate 5 by the Poinsettia Lane exit.
