Linda J. Scarberry has been promoted to director of sales and marketing for the Carma-Sandling Group, Irvine. Scarberry was previously associated with the Meister Co. and the Mayer Group.

Maurice G. Masson has been elected vice president and manager of marketing, Pacific Division, for Ticor Title Insurance Co. of California, in Los Angeles. Masson will represent the division at conventions and coordinate advertising.

H. Robert Gluck has been appointed president for the Western region of American Diversified Capital Corp., Costa Mesa. He has been the manager for the Southern California area since 1983.

William C. Lawrence, founder and president of the Los Angeles consulting firm that bears his name, has been appointed chairman of the Southern California Assn. of Governments’ Regional Advisory Council.
