A Los Angeles man, Dewayne Crawley, 34, was booked for murder after he ran a Southwest Los Angeles red light at 55 m.p.h. and his car struck another vehicle, killing two young men, police said. Killed in the crash at Vernon Avenue and Main Street were the driver of the other car, Fernando Pinto Burboza, and his passenger, Jesse Rodriguez, both 24-year-old Los Angeles residents. Burboza died at the scene of the accident; Rodriguez died at Daniel Freeman Hospital.
