California Cove, a new community of 108 single-family detached homes in the Sycamore Hills area of Laguna Beach, opens today, as part of the California Series by Kaufman & Broad.
Phase 1 of the project offers 22 homes with three floor plans, sized from 1,010 to 1,570 square feet, ranging from a two-bedroom, two-bath home to a two-story plan with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Prices run from $130,000 to $160,000 with a homeowners’ monthly fee of $65.
Homes at California Cove feature tile roofs, wood-burning fireplaces, ceramic tile entries, fully equipped kitchens, carpeting and attached two-car garages. All utilities are underground.
The models are open for inspection from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. The project is located on El Toro Road, between Moulton Parkway and Laguna Canyon Road.
