Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Sara K. Radin has been named to the state Commission on Judicial Performance by state Chief Justice Rose Elizabeth Bird. Radin will serve the remaining commission term of retired Judge Jerry Pacht. She was appointed to the Superior Court bench in 1977 by then-Gov. Edmund G. Brown Jr.
