Brigham Young quarterback Robbie Bosco, who passed for more than 500 yards in the Cougars’ opening victory over Boston College last week, has taken out a $500,000 insurance policy on himself. Bosco said he bought the policy during the off-season for $4,000 from a Massachusetts firm, American Sports Underwriters.
Bosco said the policy would pay off only if he suffers an injury that would prevent him from playing professional football.
