September Start Set for Westlake Project

Construction is scheduled to start this month on a $900,000, 12,500-square-foot office and manufacturing building for F & P Bauducco & Associates on .6 acres at Willow Lane and the Ventura (101) Freeway in Westlake Village.

The air-conditioned, concrete tilt-up building is being built by Goodrich-Baas & Associates, Westlake Village, to a design by North Hollywood architects Witherly, Fenster & Erickson.
