Santa Monica
The City Council selected the nonprofit Community Corporation of Santa Monica to develop 55 units of low- and moderate-income housing at the Ocean Park Redevelopment project, which will also include beach improvements in the Ocean Park area. The corporation and the Redevelopment Agency have purchased seven sites in the Ocean Park area for the housing.
