Roger Craig will replace Jim Davenport as manager of the San Francisco Giants and Al Rosen will replace Tom Haller as the team’s general manager, according to several reports.

Craig, a 54-year-old former pitcher and pitching coach who also managed the San Diego Padres, will receive a three-year contract when the switch is announced at a news conference Wednesday, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

Rosen, 61, is expected to be given more authority in running the club than Haller had, the newspaper said. Rosen was fired last week as general manager of the Houston Astros.
