Permanent Financing Obtained for Project
A $1,844,000 permanent loan for a two-story office building at 16909 Parthenia St. in Sepulveda has been arranged by Barron Financial Services of Tustin for Railla Development Corp. of Granada Hills.
The loan covers a 22,700-square-foot structure that is 91% leased to date. The lender involved with the project is San Clemente Savings & Loan Assn. of San Clemente.
