Sunnymead Lake Christened, Open; Chock Full of Fish
A new 34.7-acre private lake at Sunnymead Ranch in Moreno Valley has been officially “christened” after six years of planning by Markborough California Inc., the community’s developers. The lake has already been stocked with its first load of bass and catfish.
A 7,500-square-foot lake club is currently under construction at the development, which will also feature greenbelts, parks, pools and tennis courts.
Homes at Sunnymead range from $100,000 to $140,000.
