Los Angeles police said a suspect believed involved in a murder outside a restaurant in Koreatown has been arrested. (Tony) Dong Cheng Kwack, 28, was booked on suspicion of murder and held without bail. Acting on information from Los Angeles detectives, El Paso police arrested two other suspects who fled to the Texas city after the Oct. 3 shooting. They are Chang Bok An, 29, and Pyung Tae Kang, 24. Two suspects still at large are described as martial arts experts and considered very dangerous. They were identified as Chung Ki Yu, 27, and a man known only as “Choi,” police said. The suspects are wanted in the murder of Kun-Soo Lim, 28, who was slain in what apparently was a dispute over the Club Napoleon, a Hollywood dance club that Yi owns, Los Angeles police Lt. Richard Morton said. At least one of the alleged gunmen was identified as a former employee of the club.
