The Irvine Ranch Water District has issued $59.2 million in general obligation bonds to finance expansion of sewerage treatment facilities by nine water and sewer improvement districts in Orange County.
The long-term bonds, similar to those the district issued last year, were sold in $100,000 increments and carry an interest rate that varies daily. The series matures in 25 years.
