The body of a 64-year-old Whittier woman was found in the Ice House Canyon area of Mt. Baldy after she apparently fell down an icy slope, sheriff’s deputies reported. Ruth Virginia Miller was reported missing by her daughter, Helen, when she failed to return from a hike, the San Bernardino County sheriff’s office said.
