Center Purchased in Rancho Bernardo
The Bay Corporate Center, 15373 Innovation Drive in the Bernardo Heights area of Rancho Bernardo, has been purchased for $7.18 million by Glenborough Pacific Associates, an Irvine-based syndication group represented by Coldwell Banker, Rancho Bernardo.
The seller was Bay Rancho Bernardo Partners, a joint venture of Bay Development Corp. and Pacific Federal Savings & Loan Assn., represented by Grubb & Ellis. The new owners have renamed the 3.79-acre project Glenborough Pacific Plaza.
