Baltimore Suit to Regain Colts Fails

BALTIMORE —
A federal judge today threw out this city’s lawsuit trying to condemn the Colts and bring the National Football League franchise back to Maryland from Indianapolis.
District Judge Walter E. Black Jr. granted the request of Colts owner Robert Irsay for an immediate decision without a trial, dismissing a civil suit filed by city officials in 1984.
