Daypack Bias

Share

Women and minorities are not the sole objects of discrimination in Los Angeles. Men now have come to suffer sex discrimination.

I regularly carry a daypack to accommodate my keys, wallet, checkbook and other necessities of contemporary Los Angeles life.

In stores, museums and other public places I have been repeatedly asked to check my daypack, while women about me were free to carry their purses, most of which are larger than my pack.

This is clearly discriminatory. I am about to the stage of filing a lawsuit against the next organization that tries to impose this unfair, illogical and inconsiderate policy upon me. I hope others will join my cause and start to protest aloud.
