Kenneth Davis, former Texas Christian University running back who was suspended along with six teammates last season, has been invited to play in the Jan. 18 Senior Bowl at Mobile, Ala.
Davis, a one-time Heisman Trophy contender who was suspended Sept. 19 for violations of NCAA rules on taking money from boosters, is “not an outlaw,” Senior Bowl officials said.
