Baylor Placed on Probation

MISSION, Kan. —
The NCAA Committee on Infractions announced Monday that the Baylor University men’s basketball program had been placed on probation for recruiting violations.
The action prohibits the men’s basketball team from participating in NCAA championship competition or in any other postseason play during the 1985-86 academic year.
