KCET-Channel 28, the Los Angeles-based public television station, announced the appointment of three directors: Daniel H. Ridder, a vice president of Knight-Ridder Newspapers; Gilbert Vasquez, a partner in his own Los Angeles accounting firm, and James Ukropina, executive vice president and counsel for Pacific Lighting.
