A Venice man who has been convicted of drunk driving six times during the past five years has been sentenced to four years in prison. Anthony Klatt, 47, a salesman, was sentenced by Los Angeles Municipal Judge Susan Isacoff to the maximum sentence for the past two violations and for driving on a suspended or revoked license. Klatt, convicted after a weeklong jury trial, had refused to submit to breath tests after his drunk driving arrests in November, 1984, and May, 1985, authorities said.
