An upcoming episode of the ABC sitcom “Mr. Belvedere” will deal with AIDS. The story for the show, which is slated to air Feb. 7, has Wesley (Brice Beckham) learning about the fatal illness when a friend at school is discovered to have it. The show deals both with the reaction of Wesley’s parents and of Wesley, who must overcome the conflicting information about AIDS to keep his friendship alive.

At a time when attention has been drawn anew to international terrorism, NBC plans to broadcast a three-hour TV movie Feb. 9 that deals with a fictional attack on the United States. “Under Siege” stars Hal Holbrook as the President, Peter Strauss as the FBI director and E. G. Marshall as the secretary of state.

Wayne Rogers, who often plays a good guy in his TV roles, portrays someone different in “One Terrific Guy,” a movie that CBS plans to broadcast Feb. 18. He’ll be seen as a high school biology teacher who has been persuading female students to disrobe for him on the pretext of doing research for his Ph.D. Mariette Hartley and Laurence Luckinbill also star as the parents of a girl who decides to fight back.
