A story in Tuesday’s editions of The Times on the opening of the Pasadena headquarters of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals quoted an anonymous judge as saying he did not want to be at the ceremony and then quoted Judge Harry Pregerson as saying he preferred to keep his office in Los Angeles. Pregerson was not the judge who was quoted anonymously earlier in the story.
