AND WAIT, THERE’S MORE: That upcoming Van Halen album, now due out next month, finally has a title. It’s called “5051,” after the name of Eddie Van Halen’s recording studio. Watch for a tour announcement shortly. . . . Albert Grossman, who masterminded much of Bob Dylan’s early career and also managed Peter, Paul & Mary and numerous other folk artists, died Jan. 25 of a heart attack. Grossman, who also co-produced the first Newport Folk Festival, was 59. . . . And Enigma Records (which is negotiating with a major record company for a new distribution deal) has started a new label, Restless Records. The new label will be the home for such artists as Mojo Nixon, the Dead Milkmen, John Trubee and the 28th Day, who’ll all be on hand Wednesday at Raji’s in Hollywood for a coming-out concert celebrating a new compilation album, “The Restless Variations,” which is also due out this week.
