Ocean Avenue to Be One Way: Beginning today, only southbound traffic (toward the beach) will be permitted on Ocean Avenue between Forest Avenue and Beach Street. The move will add 15 parking spaces to the crowded downtown area, according to Municipal Services Director Terry Brandt. The street will be closed from 5 a.m. until noon today for the necessary painting and striping, Brandt said.
