Accident Victim Hospitalized: A Fountain Valley man was in serious condition Sunday with multiple injuries following an early-morning two-car collision in Huntington Beach. A Huntington Beach police spokesman said Joshua Galvin, 64, was driving south on Magnolia Street at 12:37 a.m. when he turned east onto Adams Avenue and veered in front of another vehicle. Paramedics treated Galvin and took him to Fountain Valley Regional Hospital. Two unidentified passengers in the second vehicle were treated at the hospital and released, the spokesman said.
