I teach screenwriting at Palomar College.
Recently, I received a script from a student about an engagingly psychotic lifeguard who not only tore young girls apart but ground them up and served them in tacos at a stand by the beach.
I gave him a D . It was a gut reaction. But perhaps I was unfair. I should have first sent the script on to HBO and Tri-Star.
