Cal State Fullerton Sweeps New Mexico
The Cal State Fullerton baseball team had no trouble with New Mexico, sweeping a doubleheader on Sunday, 17-1 and 9-3.
The Titans (12-7) were led by third baseman Pat Garman, who had four hits in the first game and six on the day. Fullerton outscored New Mexico in the Three-game series 44-7.
Jim Halley (3-1) went seven innings in the first game, and Mike Harkey (3-3) struck out 11 in his six innings in the nightcap.
